Adrien Bréart de Boisanger (born 1975). Adrien Bréart de Boisanger is the Executive Chairman of Bemberg Capital, the holding of the Quilvest Group. He is the co-founder of 360 Advisory LLP, a buy-side advisory firm, specialised in unlisted equity transactions. Adrien spent over 15 years working in various investment banking divisions of leading financial institutions (RBS, Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas) in Madrid, Paris and London. During the course of his career, Adrien Bréart de Boisanger has advised financial institutions and corporate clients in structuring complex financial engineering structures, working in both fixed income and equity divisions. He acted as guest teacher in finance at the London School of Economics. He graduated from Paris II University (MA Company and Tax Law) and holds two post-graduate degrees from University College London (LLM), and the London School of Economics (Finance).
