Barbara Schuck

Bárbara Schuck is a dual-qualified lawyer (Brazil and US), a STEP Trust and Estate Practitioner and holds a Master Degree from Harvard Law School. She has extensive experience with international investments and private wealth structures, particularly in connection with trustee and fiduciary services, establishment and overseeing of investment vehicles centered on alternative assets as well as handling financial transactions. She started her career as a commercial lawyer for divisions of General Electric and United Technologies in the US before moving to Switzerland and holding various legal roles at ABB Financial Services and UBS Wealth Management. Bárbara joined Quilvest in 2016 as Deputy General Counsel of Quilvest (Switzerland) Ltd. and became CEO of Quilvest Services Ltd. in 2024.
